Group training offers many of the benefits of receiving personal training services but presents excellent value for money. Many clients who attend my group training sessions are not only more than satisfied with the value but also enjoy the social aspect of training with others.
One of the great things about training in a group environment is that they can be constructed of friends or simply people who have been brought together. Either way I can ensure that you're part of a group that you work well with. I aim to keep the group sizes small; 3-4 people per training session. This is to ensure that every participant gets the individual focus and attention that they deserve - taking part in a group session effectively means you get the benefits of a personal training session (varied and interesting workouts, correct technique and motivation) without the financial outlay.
